Junior Graphic Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will assist senior designers and marketing teams in executing creative concepts that align with brand standards, business objectives, and user needs. This role is well-suited for an early-career professional eager to build a strong foundation in visual design within a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and production of visual assets for digital, print, and marketing communications, including social media graphics, presentations, web assets, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Support brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines and visual identity standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to understand project requirements and timelines
Prepare design files for final production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders and senior designers
Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
0–2 years of professional or internship experience in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a structured environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting digital marketing or web design projects
Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content requirements
A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative potential
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: USD $50,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and location
